Made it Home

Well, after an extremely LOOONNNGGG day yesterday, we have finally made it home! I’ll go into details on a later blog – as we’re dealing with a bit of jet-lag – but I’ll get around to it within the next week or 2 – as well as get you caught up on pictures from my dad’s visit. Here’s the short version:

All went well with the move. The airplane ride was pretty icky as Will and Luke were beyond exhausted by the time we boarded…let’s just say we made a few enemies on the flight…BUT – we’re home! Right now we’re settling in and trying to let our bodies readjust to the 6 hour time difference. I’m sure within the next couple weeks we’ll all feel right as rain.

Alrighty – more later! Just wanted to let you know we made it home ok!

Everyone here in Estes Park was really glad to hear that you all made it safely back to good ol' USA soil! Welcome home, Mindy and boys!

Welcome home! Yay. We are so excited to come visit with you in Salisbury. Let us know when you are settled enough to go to lunch. It'll be so fun for Max to meet the boys. So glad you are home!

It was wonderful getting a chance to catch up. I know you are tired and I know you have a lot on your plate, so I'll be praying for the next few weeks to go smoothly. And for the boys to miraculously get on East Coast time :)

I've been praying for you and missing you so much! I'm glad you made it home safely and will continue to remember you as you adjust. I hope the flight over wasn't too bad...but, I guess it doesn't really matter now that it's over.

The girls and I miss seeing you! They keep asking to go to Mindy's house.

I know that you are super busy, so don't feel obligated to respond, but I just gave you an award at DailyDwelling. Take care....We love you!

Glad you made it home safely and sanely. I know that after a 2 hour plane ride with mine, the tensions were high - so I can only imagine a much longer plane ride with two little ones. Hope you can make it our way sometime!!
