Afternoon Project's

Today was a busy day! We started the day with playgroup and grocery shopping and then after lunch and nap time for the boys, we worked on some outside projects that needed to be done.

On our project to-do list was:

--clean the old bird feeder
--put up the hook/pole for the bird feeder
--fill and tie up the bird feeder
--plant flowers in the window boxes

We were able to accomplish all our goals AND go for a wagon ride too - all in an hour and a half! Whoohoo! =)

Our pile of project's in the wagon!

We had a bird bell to hang too (not listed on the project list above...whoops!) Will carried it around for a good long time...

And Kaylee ate 1/3 of it since a good portion of it crumbled when I opened the wrapping...

Here are the boys filling the window boxes for our flowers...

Will "planting" a marigold...

Luke planting his marigold.

Luke adding dirt around the flowers...

A super proud Luke! He did a really good job filling and planting the flowers!

A super proud Will! He did a great job filling the flower boxes too! He didn't quite get the planting part, but he enjoyed using his shovel in the dirt!

Our bird feeder and hanging hook-pole thingy...Luke thought it was funny that he could stand under it and have it touch his head. Silly boy!

Will blowing raspberries!

Wagon ride time!!!

Here are two pictures from a few days ago - the boys and their bikes!

As always, more later!

Mindy,
Looks like you have been busy! Luke and Will are growing up so fast - I bet they could keep up with grandpa on his hikes.
I wish you all could come along too!

Will is looking so much like YOU, Mindy! And the new niece looks like Chris's brother. How fun to see all the family resemblances in tiny versions :-)
